JR FRAMING

We recently spent some time with Chris Baker of JR Framing and Art to gain an insight into their successful business and to see how Bellini has enhanced their offering.

What is the history of JR Framing and Art?

JR Framing and Art was established approximately 30 years ago in Sale Victoria, and we have owned the business now for almost five years. We have refurbished the space into a clean, modern, customer focused business offering consistency and quality to our diverse customer base. We have now opened a larger second shop (Framing Elegance) in Traralgon, Victoria, delivering a beautiful and inspiring showroom for our clients with the view of offering the best custom framing design ideas and finished works. Our aim is to capture our clients imagination with products like our elegant Bellini photo frames and our tastefully presented finished artworks. Our customers are thrilled with the end result, and so are we.

What changes have you implemented to provide a higher standard product?

With extensive staff training within Australia and internationally we are able to utilise quality materials such as archival and museum grade matting, glazing and mounting techniques to provide a superior end product to our customers. The addition of Bellini Fine Moulding has delivered another dimension to the quality and desirability of our framing.

How has Bellini impacted your business?

Adding Bellini Fine Moulding to our range has given us a distinct advantage and has dramatically improved the design standard we produce for our clients. Originally we were unaware of the positive impact Bellini would have on our customer base. We find our customers want the very best for their memories and the handcrafted finishes of Bellini provide the uniqueness they are seeking.

What advice would you give to existing and potential Bellini users?
Don’t be afraid to try Bellini Fine Moulding. Having a preconceived idea of what your customer requires and their possible budget will only limit the amount they are willing to spend. Let them fall in love with the frame (which is very easy), sell its uniqueness and handcrafted quality and be prepared to reap the benefits.
